dotfiles/screen/kana-screenrc:
* hardstatus string: Rewrite.
* shelltitle: New.
* bind .: New, to reload ~/.screenrc.
* bind ^O C/^L/R: New, shortcuts for frequently used cases.
* DEFAULT WINDOWS: Remove,

to avoid creating new window whenever ~/.screenrc is reloaded.
